File design

One minor revision is included; extra revisions, remakes, or major changes are treated as additional work. I retain ownership and intellectual property rights to the design unless we both sign something that explicitly transfers those rights. Licenses are for you/your business only and cannot be transferred or sublicensed to someone else without my written approval. Your usage must match the license you choose (personal use, product sales, or file resale).

Design fee / personal‑use file

$30/Hr

Every project starts with a design fee for creating the file.
This includes the custom 3D design work and one minor revision (fit tweak or small change).
This base fee gives you a personal‑use file: you can print and use it yourself.
Personal‑use files do NOT allow you to sell products, sell the file, share the file, or upload it to marketplaces.

Commercial add‑on – selling physical products

Design fee x2

This is an optional add‑on on top of the design fee.
It lets you use the file to make and sell physical products (prints/parts) under the terms we agree on.
It does NOT let you sell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital file itself.
It does NOT transfer ownership or exclusivity; you are paying for permission to use the design for product sales, not to own the design.

File resale / redistribution add‑on – selling the file itself

This is a higher‑level add‑on, also on top of the design fee.
It lets you sell or distribute the digital file itself (for example as a downloadable product, on a marketplace, or in your own store), under written terms we agree on.
Without this add‑on, you may not resell, share, gift, or redistribute the file in any form.
This add‑on does not automatically transfer full copyright or authorship unless that is explicitly agreed in writing.
